What to write about.

Help with the product: Something broken, something confusing, or a proposal that didn't send. Include the link if it's about a specific one — it's the fastest way to see what happened.
Billing: Plans, invoices, refunds, or wanting to pay for something that isn't on the page yet.
Your data: A copy of what's stored about you, or its deletion — yours or a client's. Say which and it gets done.
Anything else: Partnerships, press, or telling us the thing we got wrong. All read by the same person.
