For web designers and developers. Paste what the client asked for and get a proposal that spells out the pages, the build, the timeline and the price, ready to send.

Not sure what to write? See it work first.

Free, no signup. 3 proposals a day. Leave budget or timeline blank and the proposal marks them “to be confirmed” instead of guessing.

Questions

What should I put in the requirements for a website?
The client's goal, the platform if they have one (Shopify, WordPress, Webflow), roughly how many pages, and anything they mentioned about content, integrations or launch dates. The more specific, the tighter the scope.
Does it cover hosting, content and revisions?
It lists what's in scope and states assumptions about what isn't, such as content supply and revision rounds, so they're agreed before the work starts. Edit any line before you send it.
Is the proposal generator really free?
Yes. You can write 3 proposals a day without an account or a card. Copy the result into an email or a doc and send it.
What goes into the proposal?
An executive summary, objectives, scope of work, a phased timeline, pricing, assumptions, terms and next steps, written from the requirements you enter.
What if I don't know the budget or timeline yet?
Leave them blank. The proposal marks them as to be confirmed and explains what they depend on, rather than inventing a price you never agreed to.
What do I get if I sign up?
The proposal you just wrote, ready to edit. Add your logo and colours, and send it as a link: Draftly tells you when your client opens it, which sections they read, and lets them accept it in place.
